On the way in the door for lunch the other day, I noticed what I thought looked like a small beak sticking out of the nest. I got my camera and a chair and quietly tried to take a picture of what was in the nest without looking at the camera because it was up against the soffet. Wow...instant babies only they are so huge!! Nothing like the tiny little finches but still wonderful to the mom and dad birds who were dive bombing me the entire time I was taking this picture. What a racket!! Stay tuned for more as they get bigger.
